KeelSync is the operating system for marine businesses, built by KeelSync Software. This policy covers this marketing website. The KeelSync app your team signs into is covered by the agreement we put in place with your company.
What we collect
- Details you give us — when you book a call or start your two free months: your name, company, work email and any preferred time or message you include.
- Basic technical data — standard web-server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages viewed) that keep the site running and secure.
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which records the page and where the visit came from. It sets no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you, so it cannot follow you to another site. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data.
How we use it
- To contact you about your call, your two free months or your enquiry.
- To tailor the call to your operation.
- To keep the site secure and to improve it.
Where it’s stored
The site is hosted on Vercel. What you send through a form is emailed to the address that answers enquiries and kept in that mailbox — there is no marketing database behind this site. We only share data with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you — never with advertisers.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold, correct it or have it deleted at any time — just ask through our contact page. We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to follow up with you.
